Nex Digital Craft provides digital services and digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or customs duties.
2. How We Deliver
We deliver digitally, depending on the order:
- A live website handed over with administrator access or published on your domain or hosting.
- Website files, a template package or a download link sent by email or WhatsApp.
- Written confirmation that the delivery is complete.
3. Delivery Timelines
Ready-made templates are delivered within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom websites and applications are delivered within the timeline agreed in your quote or order, which depends on the scope and on how quickly you provide content and feedback.
4. Worldwide Delivery
Because everything is delivered online, we serve clients worldwide and delivery time does not depend on your country.
5. Delivery Confirmation
We send delivery details to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us when you ordered. Please check your spam folder and tell us if you have not received them.
6. Delays
If an order will be delayed for a reason on our side, we will tell you as soon as possible and agree a new date. Delays caused by late content, access or feedback from you may move the delivery date.
7. Non-Delivery or Problems
If you do not receive your order, or the delivery is incomplete, contact us at support@nexdigitalcraft.com or on WhatsApp at +91 81301 68419 and we will resolve it promptly. Refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
