1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of nexdigitalcraft.com and to every service or product you order from Nex Digital Craft (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our Services and Products
We provide web design and development services, including Elementor and WordPress websites, WooCommerce online stores, full stack web applications, maintenance and add-ons, and ready-made Elementor templates. The exact scope, features, timeline and price of each project are agreed with you in writing, for example in a quote, a message or an invoice, before work starts.
3. Orders, Quotes and Pricing
Prices on the website are starting prices or examples unless stated otherwise. The final price is the one in your quote or invoice. Prices are in the currency shown in the quote, invoice or checkout, and may exclude taxes or payment provider fees where applicable. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.
4. Payments
Payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice, for example an advance before work starts and the balance before final delivery or launch. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We may pause work if a payment is overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, images, logos, access details and feedback we need on time, and to confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you give us. Delays in providing these may delay delivery.
6. Delivery and Timelines
Delivery times we give are estimates and depend on the scope of the project and on timely input from you. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy for how digital delivery works.
7. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown on our pricing page or in your quote. Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
8. Intellectual Property
After full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you, excluding third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images and tools, which stay under their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Ready-made templates are licensed to you for use on one website (or as stated at purchase); you may not resell, redistribute or share the template files.
9. Third-Party Tools and Costs
Projects may use third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, stock media and payment providers. Their costs and terms are separate from our fees, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We work with care, but websites depend on third-party software and services. Our services and templates are provided “as is” without any guarantee of specific results such as traffic, sales or search rankings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use our work for anything unlawful.
13. Termination
We may stop providing services if you breach these terms or do not pay, and you may cancel as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
